Study Sheet is an independent revision planner. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with any exam board.

Using the service

Study Sheet is for your own lawful study. Keep your account secure and your account details accurate. Do not try to disrupt the service, get around access controls, scrape restricted resources, or use Study Sheet to infringe anyone else's rights.

The daily leaderboard counts timed study. Leaving a timer running without studying, or otherwise inflating the minutes, is against these terms, and an account doing it can be removed from the leaderboard.

Accounts and young users

You must be able to agree to these terms where you live. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to review these terms with you and obtain any permission required in your country. A Study Sheet Pro purchase for someone under 18 must be made or expressly authorised by their parent or guardian.

Free service, Pro, and AI allowances

The core planner stays free. AI has a daily allowance that resets at 00:00 UTC: three paper debriefs, 30 generated flashcards, and 10 combined Study Coach, Create, or recording-transcription requests covering notes, quizzes, explanations, and plans. A paper debrief works from what you entered yourself, meaning your marks, topic labels, notes, corrections, and reflections. It does not pull in the linked exam-paper PDF.

The app shows your limits, when they reset, and what you have left. We can give an individual account a larger free allowance. We may also change allowances going forward, to keep the service reliable and fair to everyone.

Study Sheet Pro is not on sale yet. When it is, it will be an optional one-time pass (advertised as US$2.99 for 30 days or US$24.99 for 365 days) that triples those daily allowances and adds the extra features listed on the Pro page. Nothing that is free today becomes Pro only. It is a one-off purchase, not a subscription: it does not renew or charge you again on its own, and it simply expires at the end of its period. The checkout page shows the final price, currency, and access period before you pay, and that page controls if it ever differs from this page.

Public checklists, countdowns, timetable calculations, score trackers, percentage calculators, timers, and similar tools are planning aids. They do not confirm entry rules, exam dates, grades, grade boundaries, or academic outcomes. Calculator results depend on the values you enter. Always check current exam dates, qualification rules, unit weightings, and grade boundaries against the relevant official exam-board document.

Payments, cancellation, and refunds

Pro payments are processed by Ziina and its payment partners under their own terms and privacy notice. Study Sheet never asks you to send card details by email and does not store full payment-card details itself. Pro access is granted only after Ziina confirms the payment completed; if Pro is already active, a newly purchased pass is added on top of your current expiry. Because it is a one-off purchase, there is nothing to cancel — it simply runs out.

For a duplicate charge, a payment you didn't authorise, or access you paid for but didn't receive, email appspire.2@gmail.com with your account email and the Ziina payment reference — never a full card number, CVV, password, or authentication code. Other refund requests should be made within seven days of purchase. Refunds are reviewed by hand and are not automatic; nothing here limits a mandatory consumer right or your right to contact Ziina or your card issuer directly about an unauthorised transaction.

AI study features

Study Sheet uses automated AI systems to turn material you submit into study material. What you can submit includes marks, topic labels, notes, corrections, reflections, pasted text, PDF text extracted on your own device, a recording you upload for transcription, public YouTube captions (or the public title and description when no transcript exists), and readable text from a public HTTPS page. What comes back is notes, quizzes, explanations, debriefs, flashcards, revision suggestions, plans, and grounded Study Coach answers.

Some limits are built in. The original PDF is never uploaded, and Study Sheet does not OCR it. A photo you add for photo notes is read on your own device and is not uploaded; only the text you then choose to use is sent, the same as pasted text. An uploaded recording is processed to create a transcript and is not added to your library. Linked exam-paper and mark-scheme files are never analysed automatically.

The rest is on you. You must own, or have permission to process, anything you upload. Do not submit confidential or unreleased exam material, another person's personal information, or sensitive information that revision does not require.

AI output is generated automatically and can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. It is not a mark scheme, an examiner's decision, a grade prediction, professional advice, or a replacement for your teacher or the current specification. Check anything that matters against an authoritative source: answers, calculations, citations, grade boundaries, and suggested corrections.

Study Sheet may apply plan limits, input and output limits, safety filters, and reasonable rate controls. It may refuse a request that is unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or simply outside what the feature is for.

Exam materials and external links

Past-paper information is provided as a convenience. Study Sheet stores metadata and outbound URLs, not the linked PDF files. No paper PDF is hosted in this repository, its build, or the Study Sheet origin. The app does not proxy files, cache cross-origin PDFs, unlock restricted content, or bypass source access controls.

A file being reachable does not make it public domain. Nor does it grant permission to reproduce, redistribute, index, deep-link, or process it with AI. Study Sheet uses exam-board material only inside the limits of permissions and licences that are documented separately, including limits on subject matter, purpose, territory, and duration.

Permission for one thing is not endorsement of everything. Do not assume a permission covering one paper extends to a different paper, a different feature, or a different use. The rights holder's terms and the source site's terms still govern the material.

Everyone involved must respect release windows, regional limits, school or centre restrictions, and takedown requests. Never share secure, confidential, or unreleased exam content.

Before making a paper index public, a deployer must review the current source and publisher rules for the intended use, obtain any permission that is required, retain evidence of that review, and provide a monitored takedown address. Links must be removed or disabled promptly when access is withdrawn or a credible rights concern is raised.

Notes, videos, and books

The learning-resource library is a curated set of outbound links, not a copy of the destination content. Study Sheet does not host notes, embed YouTube videos, distribute textbooks, or claim that a third-party resource is complete for a qualification. Free-to-view material is not necessarily open-licensed. Commercial books are linked only through an exam board, publisher, retailer, library, or lawful sample page; users must obtain any required access themselves.

Resource alignment and availability can change. Check the current official specification, supported exam years, edition and ISBN before relying on or buying a resource. Cambridge-endorsed resources are not described as mandatory or official textbooks. Community collections such as r/alevel are attributed discovery links only and their third-party contents are not endorsed by Study Sheet.

Your content, AI outputs, and exports

What you write stays yours. You give Study Sheet and its service providers permission to host, copy, transmit, and process it, but only as far as running the features you asked for requires, and to comply with the law. You must have the right to submit whatever you submit. One caveat on AI output: it is not unique, so another user asking something similar may receive something similar.

You are responsible for checking AI outputs and exports and keeping your own backups. Guest data is tied to the browser profile and can be lost when site data is cleared. JSON backups and Excel exports can contain personal study information; you are responsible for storing and sharing them safely. Restoring a JSON backup replaces the current study state and, while signed in, the restored state enters the normal cloud-sync process.

Friends and tagged usernames

Friends is optional. It covers profile discovery, friend requests, sharing selected study signals, presence, and private messages between accepted connections. Sharing is off until you turn it on. Messages are stored by the service and are not end-to-end encrypted.

Do not impersonate anyone, send repeated unwanted requests, harass people, or share illegal or harmful material. Do not use a username, a profile, or a message to expose someone else's private information. To protect users, Study Sheet may rate-limit activity, keep records of declined requests to enforce cooldowns, or restrict access.

Friend progress, streak, study minutes, and timer status are reported by each user's signed-in browser. They are informal encouragement features, not verified records, competition scores, or evidence of academic work. Do not rely on them for grading, rewards, discipline, admissions, or other important decisions.

Partner communities

The Partner Communities directory contains curated outbound links to independently operated Discord servers. A listing or featured-partner label means the server agreed to be listed; it does not mean Study Sheet owns, operates, continuously monitors, or guarantees that community. Discord and the server operator set their own membership rules, moderation standards, age requirements, and information practices.

Protect your personal information, review a server's rules before joining, and leave or report content that feels unsafe. Study Sheet may hide or remove a listing at any time and accepts reports about expired invites, misleading descriptions, or safety concerns at appspire.2@gmail.com.

Student ambassadors and invitations

Student ambassadors must describe Study Sheet honestly, disclose their connection to the programme, follow school and community promotion rules, and never claim exam-board affiliation, guaranteed grades, employment, or payment unless separately agreed in writing. Ambassadors must not collect student lists, account details, private messages, contact details, or other personal information on Study Sheet's behalf.

Friend invitation links identify the tagged profile that created the link. Opening a link does not automatically create an account or friendship. The recipient reviews the profile and chooses whether to send or accept a friend request.

No academic guarantee

Topic lists, AI outputs, performance insights, target gaps, progress indicators, reminders, and links are planning aids. A grade or A* target is an estimate based on the information available and is not an official result or promise. These tools do not replace the current official specification, grade boundaries, mark scheme, teacher guidance, or exam-board notices, and they do not guarantee any academic result.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Cloudflare, Supabase, Ziina, authentication email, AI models, and third-party paper sources can be unavailable, paused, rate-limited, or changed. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect loss, lost study data, missed deadlines, unavailable third-party resources, or decisions made from planner or AI content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and changes

Access may be limited to protect users, comply with law, or maintain the service. Features and these terms may change; material changes should be announced through the deployed service.

Operator, contact, and governing terms

Study Sheet is an independent project operated by Mohi and Franckie from the United Arab Emirates. Privacy, support, billing, refund, security, and takedown requests may be sent to appspire.2@gmail.com. Public project questions may be opened at GitHub Issues, but public issues must not contain personal information, account details, payment references, or private backup data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Mandatory consumer protections and other non-excludable local law continue to apply. A person or organisation publishing another deployment is responsible for that deployment and must provide its own operator, contact, and governing-law details.
